Terms of use
1. Any Business applying for Halaal Must be a Muslim, This means if the business owner is not Muslim, must appoint a Muslim personnel responsible for Halaal.
3. Every business must be registered with South African Halaal verification Commission ( SAHVECO) before applying for Halaal or after application.
5. its an offense to use the word Halaal if your business, or product, and services are not Halaal certified by qualified Halaal Agent.
2. Any Payment made for Halaal Services in Non refundable
4. Its Illegal to obtain Halaal certification from Halaal agents who are not registered with SAHVECO
6. Its an offence to use expired expired Halaal certification
